    Impossible to redeem game "Xbox live gold" in marketplace


    Hi,

    when I try to redeem a game from marketplace because it's part of promotion"Xbox live gold", after the confirmation page with the payment method, I enter in a page that has the loading image and that never ends.

    I use the marketplace from browser. Can you help me, please?

    Hi! I can't try from mobile app because there isn't link for marketplace, I can redeem games only for Xbox one.

    Try with the xbox mobile app or in your xbox console.

    It will be Microsoft Store instead of Marketplace. They changed the wording of the store.

    Top left in the app there is 3 stripes, click on it and the menu will open. You will see the Microsoft store near the bottom.
