    Impossible to recover rescue


    Hello, the console turned off after the electricity went off, since then I have not been able to recover my rescues. I called xbox customer support and I did everything they recommended. I forcibly restarted the console, I uninstalled and re installed profile
    and game, but I have not yet solved anything, I would be very grateful if you help me, thanks.
