    Someone else has issues to change their custom gamerpic? I can't change mine

    Custom GamerPic

    I have been trying to put a custom gamerpic on my account. When I put it, it works like for a minute or two and then it just disappears. I have tried a couple times now and it still doesn't work. I really want to have my custom gamerpic.

    im in the preview program i put my usb in side the xbox and it doesnt give me a option to choose custom gamerpic

    Impossible to put my custom gamerpic

    i have the same problem, i tried changing it with my PC, Phone & an External USB Flash Drive and it still wont Update my Profile Picture.

    Custom Gamerpic on Xbox One

    Basically a couple of reasons for not allowing custom gamerpics on the Xbox One.

    1: People will put up pornographic images

    2: People will put up copyrighted pictures

    There you go, that's basically the two reasons why we aren't allows to have custom gamerpics.

    custom gamerpics have been disabled due to the strain being put on the servers by everyone staying at home and playing Xbox

    Your Gamerpic could have been changed by somebody on your household who could've went on your xbox and changed it. I would recommend you change the gamerpic again to the custom one you recently put one. Once you put on the gamerpic set a 6 Digit PIN on your xbox so nobody can get in and it should not change again.
