    Impossible to play Monster Energy Supercross


    Hello, i've bought Monster Energy Supercross today. I was very exited to play this game, but it's just impossible to play on this game. I have freeze every 15-20sec and the game is probably in something like 20 fps. How can i get a refund ? Thanks.

    Supercross online play locked?

    Trying to go to online play on Monster Energy Supercross, but the create match button is locked? I’m able to play online tracks, but not race against others online. Can someone please tell me how to unlock this?

    Question about rewards and purchasing games

    I was wondering if I bought a game on the Xbox site do I get rewards points for that? I purchased the new Monster Energy supercross game and thought I would get some reward points for buying off of the Xbox site but I haven’t seen anything.

    Sorry to hear it. The first thing you should try is to hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps. If it does not and you still would like to request a refund you should call phone support for more help.

    To be sure, have you also tried reinstalling the title onto the console?

    Is the game installed on the internal drive or external drive and is the console plugged into a power strip by chance?
