    Hi,

    It's been a month since I didn't play Mineecraft.

    After migrating my old Mojang account to my Microsoft account, It is now impossible to launch the game.

    After contacting 24 times the Mojang support, no one seems to understand the problem. Me neither at this point.

    I'm going to give information about my case, since i'm desperate now.

    My old Mojang account is : e***.******** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

    My gamerTag is : MrEnzoGiaco (it can be seen here : https://fr.namemc.com/search?q=MrEnzoGiaco )

    My new Microsoft account is : e***.******** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

    When I login in the Mojang website with my Microsoft account, it works, but the only option I have here is to buy the game. My old game I bought in BETA 1.17 is no longer here. I don't want to pay again, but mostly I don't want to lose my GamerTag MrEnzoGiaco

    When I connect to the Minecraft launcher with my Microsoft account, the only option available for Minecraft Java is : "Play Trial".

    I have plenty of screenshots.

    Please refrain from asking me to :

    - uninstall the game/install the game (Already done 5 times + try on different PC)

    - unlog mi Microsoft account/log again (Already done that with the Microsoft Store, PC login, and Minecraft launcher)

    - Try to log back with my Mojang account (Since the migration is done, the Mojang email connection no longer works)

    - Try to contact Mojang support (I think they hate me now, no support from them (they even ragequit during the troubleshooting) )

    - Try to log with another account and try to play (It work, but I can't play with my friend account with him at the same time)

    The only weird thing I found, but Microsoft Support did not understand when I asked them what was that, was :

    My hotmail account no longer posses my old email, it's like it have been reseted. I've done the Minecraft migration when my old email where there.

    Since you have to connect with outlook now, maybe the old hotmail account is creating some sort of bug I can't solve alone, and it destroyed Minecraft at the same time.

    I've already tried to get them back alone, without succes.

    This is a nightmare

    I seek your help since I'm now at your mercy to play with cobblestone.

    I may post in the wrong section, for this, I apologize to you

    Yes, it is possible to install Minecraft Bedrock Edition on PC, in the Launcher it appears with the name "Minecraft for Windows".

    Regarding the migration question, don't worry, your Minecraft Java Edition will not disappear, the only thing that will change is that the game license will be linked to the Microsoft account where you migrate it and after that to be able to run the game you will only have to log in with your Microsoft account instead of your Mojang account.

    Microsoft account does not have minecraft anymore.

    I did initially have access to the game after migrating, but after not playing for a while, (I estimate it was just under a year) I logged in and minecraft wasn't there.

    My Minecraft Game(Migrated Account from Mojang) got hacked. I know all the details.

    Thank you for your help Kathy A. I did migrate my Mojang Account to a Microsoft Account(This Account that I am writing on). But I don't know what the Hacker did to have Minecraft Java Edition disappear on this account, but have it playable on another device. As far as I know it's not possible for the Minecraft Game to switch Microsoft Accounts once I already migrated it.
