Hi there, please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

if that fails then can you specify some additional information like for example:

1. What Forza game are you referring to?

2. On what device are you trying to play the game, PC or Xbox?

3. Have you had subscriptions like Xbox game pass in the past and it has ended?

Try uninstalling the actual wireless driver (the wi-fi module, bluetooth driver is included with it) using the device manage app.

After, reinstall the Wi-Fi module again from manufacturer site (download the driver before uninstalling it)

If the issue persists and if you want we could try couple things more just to isolate more the issue.

deleted the game and re installed, working fine now but it better not happen again Microsoft..

I recently downloaded Football Manager 2022 and it constantly said an update was available but whenever I tried to update it nothing would happen so I decided to uninstall completely to just reinstall it but after uninstalling it, it just says "resume install" but nothing happens when I click that either. Anybody have a fix so I can actually reinstall and play the game?

Ive gone in and deleted every trace of Football Manager 2022 from my PC then deleted and reinstalled the entire Xbox Game Pass app and it still says "Update" or "Resume Install" on Football Manager but neither do anything when clicked.

After reinstalling Win11 the issue remains the same.
