impossible to pay gold

impossible to pay 1 month of gold with my account , but money is in .. I've tried everything

Impossible to pay Gold

I've been trying to buy a 1 month membership for 2 hours and nothing works.

I keep getting error 80190864 but after checking all it says everything is fine. Apparently I can't use a credit card that hasn't worked before and it's not even my fault, Xbox turned on auto-renewal without telling me and now I have two declined payments
so now I can't buy the membership and I'm stuck here without any options. I can't use another method, this is the only card I have and I don't have any money to go out to GameStop and buy a membership because honestly there are 7 euros in my card and I will
not accept having to go out and waste more money because Xbox has these stupid errors. I badly need help.

I've tried again just now. Adding the card to payment methods from the Xbox 360 works but it won't let me pay and that error pops up again, so I removed it and tried adding it from the PC but it just says that it can't add it because it's already added or
it's inactive.

I can't believe the shi**y service I always get whenever Microsoft is involved, this is unbearable.

When you say money is in do you mean your xbox account balance of your debit or creditcard

If account balance then no account balance never could be used for buying subscriptions

 

Yup. Gold can only be purchased via credit card/Paypal or by purchasing a prepaid gold card in a store. The currency on your account can only be used on other content.
