Impossible to launch any games

    Impossible to launch any games


    Hello,

    Firstly, sorry if my english is not so good, this is not my common language.

    Since today, i can't launch any games (physical support or not).

    In fact, my Xbox has bugged during a save of Monster Hunter World. After waiting some minutes, I had to switch of my xbox even if that was not good for it.

    Since that moment, I am not able to start a game, and I think that I have lost my save of all games.

    Could you suggest me a solution to repair my xbox and find all my saves back Please ?

    Other steps I've tried not specified here :

    - holding the power button until its shut down. Unplugged the xbox and wait for two minutes. Replug with orange light : failed

    Hi,

    I'm having a lot of trouble with my XBOX ONE recently. It started by a crash when I was playing Assassin's Creed Origins. It started with the sound being really bad and then coming back to main menu. Everything then was really really slow in my xbox. I needed
    to restart it manually.

    Then, impossible to launch the game. Clicking on the main button show a black screen.

    Since then, I've tried a lot of things :

    - Launching without my XBOX account : failed

    - Reset with factory settings : failed

    - Uninstall the game and reinstall it : failed

    After a while, starting my xbox would only show a black screen. So the last thing I've tried was :

    - Start XBOX with the three buttons and restore XBOX with the OSU1 file : worked. I could play ACO for a while but after 20 minutes it crashed again. Since then, I'm unable to launch any game : ACO, FIFA 17, FIFA 18... All of them crash just before entering
    the main menu .

    The applications are working well.

    What can I do ?

    Hi,

    Try resetting the console by holding the power button on the console for a full 10 seconds until it turns off. unplug it and wait a minute. Plug it back in and try again. Let us know if this helps at all.

    Games are far more complicated in this day and age, and peoples expections change, bringing out a perfect launch game must be near on impossible.
