Impossible to get online after a security change

Hi, I used yesterday a 3-month prepaid card for X box Live Gold through Kinnect and actualized at the same time my billing anc contact datas. Unfornately, since then, I don't have access to the online content and cannot play any game. When I check on my
Microsoft Live account, it's written the changes are gonna be effective only in one month...Does it mean I won't have access to the online content and won't be able to play during one month !! ?? Can you do something to help me !!??

Account hacking

My account has been hacked and no microsoft employe has helped me. The person who hacked my account changed my backup security. which is nearly impossible to get back into my account without that. And i requested a nackup security change but he keeps canceling
it. Helppppp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All multiplayer and online achievements. They really are freaking hard and quite impossible to get especially years after you've picked up the game.

Thanks for the answer. I really would like to get in touch with them, but when I try to click on call me back, my name is not appearing and the fields in grey, so I can't write any information, so the call me back option is not working...Furthermore, I changed
my phone number, which they didn't register for the moment. So I reallu don't know what to do

Athough that may have helped while we were trying to validate, my email and phone number have already been validated, my boyfriends email and phone number are being rejected, and neither can be entered again. From what I understand, his account is totally
unusable unless we get a third phone number or make another email address, as It won't accept what we already registered as good enough.
