    Impossible to finish the installation of my game


    Hello, i'm on Xbox One

    it's impossible to finish the updates of Alien Isolation

    after i (re)start the installation, the loading block itself and refuse to continue

    i try again and again it change nothing

    I try to un-install/re-install that doesn't work

    it's not an internet problem & it's not a space problem

    Hello Tangi, you tried to re-reset the console before reinstalling the game again, if you haven't already tried, cancel the game installation and follow the procedure below.

    Xbox One reset keeping Games:

    Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

    Select system > system > console > system

    Select Reset console.

    Restore and maintain my games and apps.

    Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

    Note - You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

    What was the most difficult achievemnt you've earned?

    Not earned yet. But it's completing Spec Ops on the hardest difficulty. It's impossible and I'll never finish this stupid game.

    Unsporting conduct, probably due to constantly finishing top on games.

    The biggest issue is it's impossible to level the reputation back up!

    Hmm, no wonder they made an "Explorer" Achievement, because it's impossible not to get disconnected from every game and finish even one! C'mon Ubisoft!
