    hello xbox comunity!! i have an issue that is givin me a lot of troublee!!

    i try severall times enter on my xboxlive app for windows but every time i do that i receive a message:

    "its not possible to download your profile! try again later"

    does anyone have the answers for this???

    can you help me???

    Hello guys! My xBox 360 don't connect to xBox Live. I formatted (as requested by the site) but didn't enter xBoxLive. Internet access is ok, only the xBoxlive doesn't work. Please!!!

    Impossible de creer une partie

    bonjour,

    Lorsque j'essaye de créer une partie de campagne solo, après l'écran de sélection de l'emplacement de sauvegarde, j'ai un message d'erreur qui me dit "échec de la connexion au service Xboxlive. Impossible de creer une partie".

    Je suis bien connecté au xboxlive avec un profil gold et ma connexion est stable.

    Pourriez vous m'aider ?

    When I try to launch solo campaign, after the screen the saving place, i have an error pop up saying that it failed to connect to xboxlive and it is impossible to create the local "session".

    In fact i am connected to xboxlive with a gold account and i have stable internet connexion.

    Could you please help me?

    Hey Ayeros,

    Thank you for reaching out. We understand you are unable to play online even though you have an active Gold Subscription. Make sure there are no problems with your gold by checking out your

    Xbox Services page.     Once you have confirmed that everything looks good, try
    removing and re-addin    g your profile by doing the following:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select System > Settings > Account
      > Remove accounts.
    3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.
    4. When you're finished, select Close

    Once your account is back on the console, test out your Gold by trying to play something online. Let us know how it goes! :D

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue of not being able to connect to Xbox Live.

    If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
    reset     on your console by doing the following:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select System.
    5. Select Console info & updates.
    6. Select Reset console. [KEEP MY GAMES AND APPS]
    Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter. Hope this helps!
