    Impossible to disable partenal control


    So the problem is i cant join clubs and download paints because my partenal control on my xbox live account is on. but its impossible to disable. i cant login on my account that is shown in the xbox live app because it is linked to an gmail account. so when
    i try to change my settings it logs me in on my normal outlook account wich i swear i logged into when i made my xbox live.

    it worked earlier today. but i just did a lot of stuff and now i cant seem to login into my xbox live. it just brings me to another account i did not even create but just came out of nowhere.

    if could login to my other good 18+ account but that way i loze all my progress in all the games. thats kinda stupid and i will not enjoy the games again. Impossible to disable partenal control :(

    i really wish that partental control was just removed complety. i dont care about my privicy i just wana play with other people in clubs.

    but yea i cant find that xbox account so there is no way for me to make that a kid and anable all the features. (the mircosofts websites are compicated af anyway) so i have no idea what to do know and i am kinda angry because i just want to play and i did
    not ask for all this ****.

    Is it possible to turn partenal control off?

    If the age of the account is at least 18, you can promote the account to an adult account which will stop the controls. Otherwise there is no way to turn them off.

    The subject pretty much says it all, and don't give me the "You have to make a new account" cause i'm not paying for my games and for live twice...

    I did it many time, but everytime i uncheck this option (Paramètres > général > Options d'installations all uncheck" and close my application xbox and launch it again, this come back enable. That do Not do that for others options (all others one disable stay disable). Is litteraly impossible for me to disable that option just after select c: or d: for next instation. I'm really confuse.

    And to be more precise, in french, is "Me demander les options d'installation pour chaque installation". That one is impossible to keep disable. Is come back enable at every launch of the app.

    8. DOS protection - disabled?

    9. Blocked DOS Host list - clear?

    10. Parental control - disabled?

    11. Access Internet Access Control - disabled?

    12. Static routing list - clear?

    13. Bandwidth control settings - disabled?

    14. Firmware version - what?

    And please keep in mind, that I can't check what settings You have, what You done and how, before we start this thread. So I'll ask You sometimes to do some things, even if You already tried them, otherwise it's almost impossible to find root of the problem.
    It's always nice to see packet dump of traffic or check router setting at site, but I can't do this in Your case, so, please help me too.
