    Why do Microthief make it impossible to contact them?

    Bar refund request which they deny them close case despite not even responding after asking for further input

    Thieving pigs taking money for cancelled xbox live

    And making it impossible to get said money back

    Can't complain there's no option

    Can't call also no option

    Liars and thieves

    I have this same problem, only with minecraft. I finally just got on the phone with someone then they hung up on me.

    I've been overbilled on a recurring charge 4x what it should be, not to mention it reads as expired on minecraft at least six months.

    This is just an unacceptable situation. one of the largest companies in america? we overbilled you? thats cool just pay it plebian.

    Try going to http://account.live.com and make sure your information is filled in correct. That should auto-fill the fields.

    If that doesn't work, you'll want to try contacting phone support. Are you in France?
