    I've never head nor personally tried to restore the controller updates to its previous version. So I'm not going to say its possible or impossible. I'll look into it and ask around. I do suggest you contact the Xbox One support line.

    If that doesn't work, just get in contact with tech support (number varies depending on your location).

    Try going to http://account.live.com and make sure your information is filled in correct. That should auto-fill the fields.

    If that doesn't work, you'll want to try contacting phone support. Are you in France?

    I have this same problem, only with minecraft. I finally just got on the phone with someone then they hung up on me.

    I've been overbilled on a recurring charge 4x what it should be, not to mention it reads as expired on minecraft at least six months.

    This is just an unacceptable situation. one of the largest companies in america? we overbilled you? thats cool just pay it plebian.

    May I know if you tried filling this form to see if you're able to submit a ticket with Refund team?

    Or if you already tried it and you received a denied response, you can actually file an appeal for the results of the refund.

    All you need to do is to reply to the email that was sent to you by the refund team, you can reply with a detailed explanation so they can review your request again and grant you a possible exception.

    Usually the way to request a refund is via link above
