    i have a problem since some days...

    it is impossible to consult all friend's profil

    i have a message : the operation failed sorry please try again..

    i have restart whitout effect (all restart network, xbox...)

    an idea ?

    Have you tried under network settings to delete the mac address just in case...

    I would like to clarify your issue. Are you trying to add a friend's account on to your console or arr you trying to view your friend's profile?

    Hey Level thanks for keeping us informed.

    The console is saying We were unable to remove the Xbox Home Associations from this console because the console is having trouble connecting to the internet. By doing the suggested Soft Factory Reset it will clear up many of the issues presented
    at the moment. When it asks you if you want to cancel or continue offline do the offline way. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!
