Impossible to connect

Hello Xbox team. Unable to connect since yesterday December 30 on any of the games in my Xbox, nor on the Xbox itself in Windows 10. It is as if you sulk Belgium. I have only that as entertainment, and today more than other days. I wish you a Happy New Year
2017.

Verify that the status of your account's subscription is in good standing for you to be able to access Xbox Live. Click this

In addition, we recommend running the troubleshooter for Windows apps that may help resolve problems with the Xbox app on Windows 10. Click this

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to get connected to Fifa.

I would say that if you haven't yet, you may want to go ahead and try some troubleshooting for both network problems which could be found in our

Xbox One Connection and Network Solution as well as for gameplay issues as outlined in our

Xbox One Game Freeze Solution.

When you get a chance, give those steps a shot and let us know how that helped.

You may want to try clearing the MAC address too. To do that just go to your network settings, click advanced network settings, alternate MAC address, select clear, then reset. Your console will restart at that point.

What is he's NAT Type. This could be an issue for him. Get him to try a wired connection if he is using wireless
