    impossible to connect to xbox live

    This my 3rd time asking for help and still waiting for help.

    I cannon connect to xbox live. When i run a test connection i get the folowing, xbox connected to wireless , wireless connected to internet, internet wont connect to xbox live. it then say's a system updated is available to update. so I click on the update
    and the following happens, it fails to get update and states, Cant download the update, status 351f-0000-0080-0300-8007-2741 and to test the connection again. it constantly does this when i try to do a test connection to xbox live. I have followed all other
    steps that were given in the problem page and nothing works.

    I also get the following status

    W:0000-0021

    X:0000-f001

    Y:20A8-4840

    Z:8015-1007

    ID:0006-0001

    Can someone please help me as its been so long now trying to get it working and it seems nothing works. I bought the Xbox for the reason off Xbox live and if it doesnt work it seems to be a waste off time.

    Hope someone can help.

    Microsoft has ended Xbox live for the original xbox back in February 2010.

    Sorry to say, but it's impossible to connect to live.

    Hello there!



    Try
    clearing your system cache    , 3 times exactly! And then re-start your console. Also, try going to the storage section of the dashboard and then press LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X

    It will then ask you if you want to delete the system update. Select Yes and it will delete then re-download the system update.

    If that doesn't work have a look at
    Mister Gwyther's solution page    ! And see if that helps resolve your issue.



    In relation to your connection issue, it may be down to the fact you cannot go on LIVE until you have downloaded the update. However, we will try and resolve the update issue first, and then if the connection issue persists we will take it from there. However,
