Impossible to connect to xbox live !!!

Hello,

April 15 to 10:42 p.m. , a freeze occurred on Gta online, by restarting the console no more profile , so asked me to download an update that I can do because my hard drive is no longer recognized and also asks me to format it.

So I contacted the microsoft chat to fix the problem and there is no way to recover my data from my disk, it must be formatted .

So I already lost 5/6 years + backup games from the game with gold ( The other purchased games I think I might re- downloaded when my profile is again available) and all this because of the maintenance that microsoft has not been clearly announced .

And now it 's been 6 days since I can not access the live like many other players because I can not download my profile.

Microsoft xbox division intends to do something or I'm good to go on a pc or a ps4 ?

Is there a way to contact claim service or marketing microsoft ?

impossible to connect to xbox live

This my 3rd time asking for help and still waiting for help.

I cannon connect to xbox live. When i run a test connection i get the folowing, xbox connected to wireless , wireless connected to internet, internet wont connect to xbox live. it then say's a system updated is available to update. so I click on the update
and the following happens, it fails to get update and states, Cant download the update, status 351f-0000-0080-0300-8007-2741 and to test the connection again. it constantly does this when i try to do a test connection to xbox live. I have followed all other
steps that were given in the problem page and nothing works.

I also get the following status

W:0000-0021

X:0000-f001

Y:20A8-4840

Z:8015-1007

ID:0006-0001

Can someone please help me as its been so long now trying to get it working and it seems nothing works. I bought the Xbox for the reason off Xbox live and if it doesnt work it seems to be a waste off time.
