    Impossible to connect to my xbox live account


    My e-mail and password are good but I cannot anymore connect to my Xbox live account on my XBOX360.

    Error code is 8015D002.

    My account is not connected. It is impossible to make the Xbox (on PC) inactive. The Xbox is still connected to the Web.



    I want the Web connection to be idle and Xbox Live services to be non-operational.
