Impossible to connect or retrieve my info..

Long story short.

I created a very long time ago an account linked to my gamertag "gnoufus"; and I just don't remember with what email adress... I'm afraid it doesn't exist anymore because the only two I use are wrong.

So I created a new account, but all my saves and achievements are lost. I'm looking for a solution to link my old gamertag with the new account.... and it's basically impossible, because I need to connect with my old account... I keep getting a message error;
saying basically my account doesn't exist... Mmmmm weird, because i remember very well buying DLC's with it and play lots of hours with it.

my XBOX used to connect automatically, and since a few months, it appears she forgot the account informations.. like me ^^

Can anybody help me please???? Has anybody faced the same issue and found a solution????

lets say i delete my account with my credit card info on it, and i retrieve it back is the info saved or do i have to reenter it?

Had to reset my console. Lost achievements, etc. How do I retrieve info?
