Impossible to communicate on LIVE

HI, i'm wondering why ia can't speak to other people whand i'm playing?, I'm not brand new on Xbox, i had a 360 for years, and when i got my ONE it was working, but now if i'm in a group or a game i can ear others talking but they don't ear me. I have a
X12 Turtle Beach (wired) and like i said, it WAS working but not anymore, i have the adaptor for that kind of headset too,please help,

Definition of "TEAM"

I agree, If yu're going to a team game mode, be able to communicate with your team in order to win. Teamwork without communication is impossible. If you don't want to communicate, don't play a team game.

 

LOOKING FOR RPG FRIENDS

If you play a lot of rpg's am interested to communicate. can we communicate on xbox live via instant message if headset doesnt work??

 

Go to Settings > Network, and right in the middle it will state NAT Type. What does it say for you?

 

When you are talking in a party does the little Green light next to your name light up? If not you may have to get a new headset as your X12's could have shorted out. If it does then it is a connection problem and you may have to contact your isp. (Internet
Service Provider) Please let me know how it goes, I have had issues with the X12's shorting out and I hope this isn't what has happened to you.

 

Hi, i cheked for the network, and the NAT type say Open. For the green light i see it when im in a party, and when i speak i see the green circle light darker so im guessing the system is earing my voice, but why noboby can ear me. For tryong reseting the
game, tell me please how to do that, but i dont think its the problem cause whatever the game im playing, Titaifall, COD Ghost, BF4, its not wotking. I still have my xbox 360 and my son is playing with it, do you think it may be because my account is still
ON on my 360, thanks for your help

 

Hello I had the same problem shut down your console then unplug it then plug it back in and start it up should work know

Being logged on your Xbox 360 and Xbox One will never effect either console so its not your Xbox 360. If shutting off your console and un-plugging it like Destiny said didn't work I can only think of one more thing. Completely shut down your Xbox One here
is what you do...( Hold your finger on the Power button on the front of the Xbox One Console till it turns off. Then boot the console back up and see if it helped) Please let me know!

 

Sorry about the double post, But you may need to do a controller update. Please do the steps above first and let me know if they worked.

 

He said it was working before so controller update is not needed

Hi, sorry didn't have the time to try, but will do tonight and let you know tomorow. Also yes my controller is fully updated, no problems on this side, i'll try to unpluged everything and let you know, thanks for your help.

 

Ok i unplugged everything and restarted it, now it works fine, really dont know what happen, but thanks everyone for your help.
