Discus and support Impossible to buy things in apps in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have a valid credit card registered in my account but I can't buy credits in the games, always ends with error message askyng to try again later....     Impossible to buy things in apps


    I have a valid credit card registered in my account but I can't buy credits in the games, always ends with error message askyng to try again later. Very frustrating.

    Hi there,

    I'm assuming it needs to be done via the parental account for your account but if that account is unknown to you, it might be best to contact Xbox Support, so they can check if and what the parental account is, that may help determine the steps that need
    to be taken.

    It might also help to check some privacy settings at
    http://account.xbox.com/settings     to see if that will trigger the steps needed.

    Same here. Impossible to buy. In App purchases not working. I get the same message, saying something went wrong and try again.

    Xbox360 logs out all the time

    What was it that fixed it? Mine does the same thing and makes it nearly impossible to download apps and games. (only reason i have gold)

    ok, I tried buy this in Mexico. on the website was impossible. in the app, it shows me an error message. I guess the MS store is having issues with this content or something, because I bought other game and it works fine.
