Impossible to buy pre order game

Impossible to buy the pre order nba2k19 on the store and it will be active next friday.

I know that an incident exist on the store.

Have you got a resolution date or some details about the problem ?

Pre-Ordering Video Games

Where Im from, not pre ordering a game means that you cant get it for about 2-3 weeks. Dead island was almost impossible to get if you didnt pre-order it. I was lucky enough to have a friend that works at gamestop.

 

Destiny Digital Guardian Edition

As you can't pre-order digitally yet, the game won't come with the pre-order content if you buy digitally.

Microsoft does tend to have any pre-order offers available after launch though (3 months at the latest) but you would have to buy that as an extra rather than get it free.

 

there's no resolution date but I hope as soon as possible. maybe try in a few hours.
