    Hi there

    I just want to report a very frustrating situation regarding your French Xbox store and two backward compatible games

    Those games which are left 4 dead 1 and 2 can only be purchased on Xbox. Com here in France

    The problem is when I'm log-in my account and try to buy those games costing not less than 19.99euro here, when clicking the buy a game button and choosing the payment method (either my PayPal or my credit card, the transaction can't be complete. A window
    is opening and a circle or "proceeding" icon is playing indefinitely

    Both left 4 dead 1 and 2 are doing the same problem.

    It is really frustrating as none of your online agent at your French customer service is willing to give a definitive and helping answer or solution

    One told me that those game are no longer available but why tdo you still display them on the store in this case?

    The other told me she'll call me back and never did

    Guy I would definitely love to purchase those game and add them to my digital collection but it seems Xbox France doesn't want my 40euro in their pocket!

    At least you should propose them on your Tuesday deals from time to time so we can easily grab them directly from Our Xbox instead of going to a website that seems to be really un optimized!

    Hope to finally get an answer or fair solution to my problem

    In which country do you live ?

    Do you have a credit card linked to you account online on xbox store?

    Im in france in my country microsoft doesnt allow user to buy l4d directly from xbox one store only from website xbox and here if you purchase it you wont be able to place an order as an infinite load windows 7 logo will show for ages whatever the payment
    method youre are using...

    Microsoft france are telling me at phone [(heir greece based customer servuce for french market...] the games are no more purchaseable....as they are out of catalogue...

    It creates a big frustration for Microsoft users that iam as the games are still being showned on their french xbox store

    It is clearly a big mess...

    Hope someone at their technical service in paris will do something to help in the end fix the problem of because those games cost 19.99 euro on their store and are available at 9.99 on the russian store....they are clearly loosing money hear
