Impossible to buy a 360 game from the web Marketplace

Discus and support Impossible to buy a 360 game from the web Marketplace in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I am trying to buy Eternal Sonata for Xbox 360.     Impossible to buy a 360 game from the web Marketplace


    I am trying to buy Eternal Sonata for Xbox 360. I'm using the Xbox Marketplace via a browser, not via the console. Every time I try, I get an error message saying "Impossible to complete the transaction, please try again in a while". The problem is that
    the same message appears since two days.

    I have already tried different browsers and also different payment methods. What should I do?

    Xbox Gift Card Balance Not in List of Payment Methods for Xbox 360 Store, but Works Fine with Xbox One Store

    You can't buy 360 games from the xbox one as they are separate marketplaces

    Only way to download 360 games is an 360 console.or the 360 Web marketplace

    Games with gold 360 - Impossible to purchase

    Hello, I cannot buy the Free Games with Gold "LEGO Star Wars : LSC", it gives me an error "impossible to purchase". But I have a correct payment method and I bought, in the same period, another 360 game from the marketplace. How can I solve this?

    I'm sorry to see any issues purchasing a game! It sounds like Eternal Sonata might not be available in your region. If you are trying to purchase it from a region that isn't your physical location, this would be why you are receiving an error.

    Even if you put it unrestricted

    That's only for Xbox one games and have no bearing on Xbox 360 marketplace

    Xbox one family settings only works on the Xbox one games marketplace and not compatible with the xbox 360 web marketplace

    You can only buy from the website or Xbox one using an adult account with actual gold

    Or using an Xbox 360

    Charged from a credit card, although there is account balance

    To note, if you're buying Xbox 360 games you need to do this from the console if you want to use the funds in your Microsoft Account. The web-based Xbox 360 Marketplace does not support using these funds.

    Try again from a console and you should find it works.
