Impossible to add my Account on Xbox One X

Hello,

Since 2 days, I can't add my account on my Xbox.

I click on "add a new account", and then I fill in my email address and then I have no button to validate it.

So I'm completely stucked on this page, I just can't "confirm" my email address to go on the next step in order to add my password. I really don't know what t do could you help me?

Canceling old XBox Live account and replacing it with new

Hi,

I have created a new XBox Live account this morning on this website and purchased points afterwards in order to buy games. I now find it impossible to add a second XBox Live account on my XBox. If we are not allowed to have more then one, how do I cancel
my oldest account?

X BOX LIVE GOLD

Hello.

I bought a prepaid card yesterday on www.abonnement-xbox-live.com. I

received my code. There is a problem impossible to solve and I need your

help. Indeed, X BOX One identifies me as

subscriber with Gold, subscribed until November 10th, 2018, but I have

no possibility of playing on-line multiplayer. Furthermore, I can obtain

the free games of the gold but it is impossible to me to play

on-line with other players. On the game Minecraft, X

X BOX ONE asks me to renew the subscription to Gold. On the

other hand, my X BOX 360 does not re-know my

subscription. How is that my account GOLD is activated or reactivated.

Have you tried to reset your console that might fix the issue.

Just remember to click the option to keep games and apps so you don't have to install them again after the reset

No I was afraid to lose my saved games ! so is it sure that it will keep them ?

Because I have 60h on Assassin's Creed and I don't want to start again

As long as you were connected to xbox live and signed in with your profile while you were playing assassins creed your saves will be saved in the cloud.

So when you go back on assassins creed or any game it will sync the saves back to your console (download the saves to your console from the cloud)
