Impossible to actually chat?

    Impossible to actually chat?


    All I want to do is actually chat on my computer with an actual human who works for Microsoft for some Xbox support. It says on the Xbox support page that I can "Request a call, chat online, and more." and the hours for "Web chat" are "Monday to Sunday:
    24 hours a day". So I click on the contact us button and go through the dropdown options and no matter what I choose I get the same options (with none of them being to chat with an actual Microsoft Xbox human for support).

    I get these options:

    "Get help without contacting" - What's the point of this on a contact us page?

    Get help from the virtual agent - You mean the useless waste of time robot that just searches pages for info like I easily could?

    Message with an Xbox gamer - Totally helpful for...that's right, nothing.

    Post to the forums - Usually useless but I'm obviously giving it a shot.

    Request a call - What, so I can wait for a call that will never come?

    Yeah when I need to contact you about hardware & network and want help with warranty, service, or repair for my Xbox One (after clicking on all the stupid dropdown box options)
    I love seeing "Phone calls and chats aren't available for this issue."

    I JUST WANT SOME ACTUAL FREAKING HELP PEOPLE!

    So I'm posting this to ask: How I can actually get some legit Xbox support from an actual person who works at Microsoft?

    Check the xbox live service in your area and if that doesn't help make sure your connection has open NAT settings.

    so incredibly heavy if it's impossible to do either of these things?

    Lack of voice chat options needs a fix soon

    I think they should allow the chat party limit extended as well. And some games will disallow Kinect chat on game chat making it impossible to record in game chat.
