    Impossible purchase a gametag change


    Hi, I tried many times to buy a change of Gametag but I always returns this error: "Purchase-3001
    56c8dab7-ac20-4aa5-9566-97dc5cfe9ada", someone knows how to fix?

    Changing my email associated with the gametag

    I can't change the email that my gametag is associated with. I set up a new xbox live account but it gave me this gametag. So when I change it in Xbox it says gametag already being used. Can someone help me?
