    Impossible log in


    Dear Users,

    Last night I created an account to use xbox app on my lg tv. I registered to xbox gamepass ultimate cloud service. Now I cannot log in because the system does not accept my password. It is really strange, that the mobile app accepted the password. I tried to change it, but the system doesn't let it. Can anybody recommend me any solution for this problem. Main problem that I would need to log in to handle the problem. Are there an email adress for customer service? AI customer service could not help me.

    Microsoft contacted me to say that this is an in 'game' issue and it needs logging with mojang. Unfortunately trying to log an issue or contact mojang is near impossible. Has anyone logged this issue with them?

    Can't sign into xbox website.

    Logging in there does work and immediately signs me into my profile, however moving to the Xbox home section automatically logs me out and makes it impossible to sign in.

    It is impossible to log in to the Organiser account though to be removed. The Organiser account is unable to be accessed.

    Have you tried using the account recovery tool to see if you can get back into your original account that had issues?

    It did not solve the problem, in fact it gave me an error of impossible to log in with Xbox Live :(
