Impossible de récupérer mon compte - adresse e-mail inexistante

Bonjour voila, il y a longtemps j'avais créé mon premier compte (période au début de la xbox 360) avec mon adresse mail, sauf qu'au lieu de taper hotmail.com a la fin de mon adresse, j'avais écrit holmail.com . Il n'y avait aucune vérification par email a cette période, donc le compte a été créé et j'ai choisi mon Gamertag.

Aujourd'hui, j'utilise un autre compte que j'avais créé peu de temps après en me rendant compte de mon erreur, avec la bonne adresse en hotmail.com sauf que comme le gamertag est déj utilisé sur le premier compte qui pose soucis et que je n'ai aucun moyen de m'y connecter , il m'est impossible de récupérer ce gamertag.

J'ai tout essayé en terme d'oubli de mot de passe, le formulaire de récupération de compte vérifié par un robot qui me dit qu'il n'y a pas assez d'informations donc que je ne peux pas récupérer le compte. (sauf qu' l'époque sur ce premier compte inaccessible je n'y avais associé aucune information, donc dur d'en donner sur le formulaire)

Et bien entendu la page de support xbox, qui me dit peu importe mes choix que le service téléphonique n'est pas possible, et le robot qui m'aiguille finit par être perdu et me renvoi son tour sur la page support xbox, donc je tourne en rond.

Ce n'est pas la 1ere fois que j'essaye de récupérer ce compte mais je n'ai jamais réussi.

Je ne sais pas quoi faire car aujourd'hui il y a ce gamertag inaccessible que j'aimerais vraiment récupérer.
