Impossible de naviguer sur l'écran guide (Can not navigate the guide screen)

Bonjour,

J'ai voulu allumer ma Xbox One, elle a affiché l'écran de démarrage normalement puis au moment de se connecter, elle m'a affichée un écran gris et seul l'écran pour éteindre (lorsque l'on maintient le bouton Xbox) fonctionnait.

Après maintes manipulations hasardeuses, je réussis connecter un compte, naviguer sur l'écran d'accueil et même lancer certains jeux mais il m'est impossible de naviguer sur l'écran guide, il reste bloqué. Je peux quitter l'écran guide et retourner
sur l'écran d'accueil ou le jeu lancé mais l'écran guide reste inutilisable. C'est la seule chose qui ne marche pas mais c'est bien embêtant car c'est cet écran qui régit tout.

Merci de m'aider trouver une solution.

Hello Solmé,

We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning the inability to use the home screen appropriately, as well as receiving a gray screen upon startup.

We recommend trying a power cycle for the console:

Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button
on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
Plug the console power cable back in.
Press the Xbox button
on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

Try this and let us know if this works.

Est je tien a préciser que quand je suis sur l'écran noir si je reste appuyer sur le bouton de la manette il s'affichent toujours la possibilité d'éteindre ou redémarrer

Hi,

On the Xbox One, check that you are signed into the 360. Press the menu and view buttons (the two small ones on either side of the guide button) on the Xbox One controller. That will bring up the 360 guide. From there, you can see if you are signed into
your account or sign in if needed.

Every now and then I have to sign in again and my game save issues are solved.

Sur la Xbox One, vérifiez que vous êtes connecté au 360. Appuyez sur les boutons de menu et d'affichage (les deux petits de chaque côté du bouton de guidage) sur la manette Xbox One. Cela fera apparaître le guide 360. De l , vous pouvez voir si vous êtes

press the guide button on your controller, go to settings, preferences, notifications. you should have the notification boxes ticked to receive system notifications.
