    Bonjour,

    J'ai récemment changé ma carte mère, j'ai donc acheté puis installé un nouveau windows mais je ne peux plus me connecter l'application xbox depuis a peu près un mois et demi.

    Je reçois un code qui n'existe pas dans votre base de données, j'ai essayé toutes les solution proposées par vos services/forums/support mais impossible de me connecter, l'application me dit de "réessayer plus ****"...

    Je précise que je peux bien me connecter par navigateur au xbox live ainsi qu' mon compte microsoft. Je peux également télécharger des application depuis le store sans problèmes.

    Les solutions que j'ai essayé :

    - suppression compte puis rajout par l'application xbox seulement + compte local et connexion dans l'application

    - suppression application xbox / store par le powershell

    - vérification des ports de connexion au service xbox live // test connexion ok

    - réglage heure en auto dans windows

    J'ai du oublié quelque chose mais je suis court de solutions, ce problème est extrêmement gênant car je ne peux jouer aucun des jeux que j'ai acheté sur le store (versions ultimes Forza H3; forza 7, gears of war).

    Je refuse de tout réinstaller car windows m'indique vouloir effacer l'ensemble des applications présentes sur mes 4 disques durs ce qui est inenvisageable.

    Can't Find my Games for Install

    Can't find anymore the games I bought and was not installed. The one already installed oare ok.

    The menu "Ready for install" won't show anymore my games. There is a message that says it is impossible to check the numeric products I bought.

    Dans le menu "Mes Jeux et Applications", dans "Prêt pour l'Installation", je ne vois pas tous les jeux que j'ai achetés et que je voudrais réinstaller.

    Il y a un message "Vérifier les achats numériques, impossible de les obtenir l'instant même".

    GEARS of WARS 4 ne se lance pas

    bonjour tous. je suis novice sur les jeux videos. j'ai acheté hier a

    mes enfants le jeux GEARS OF WARS 4 pour xboxone. je l'ai installé mais

    impossible de lancer le jeux. chaque quand je lance il démarre et tout

    de suite il revient la page d'acceuil et il m'affiche reprendre mais

    rien. merci par avance de votre réponse.

    Il est impossible de se connecter au xbox live, les onglets "accueil", "communauté" et autres ne sont pas affichés sur le menu d'accueil. Il est également impossible de rejoindre ou même d'inviter un ami a un groupe. Les jeux et applications
    nécessitant donc une connexion réseau sont donc inutilisables.

    Salut Aeon,

    Le contenu que tu as acheté est lié ton compte et ta console.

    C'est pour cela que tu peux encore accéder ce contenu. Ta console doit être encore lié ton compte banni. Les droits de ton DLC sont associés au compte banni donc il est impossible de re-télécharger ce contenu sans le compte associé.

    Ma région c'est Europe j'habite en France et le jeux c'est overlord. Je l'avais sur 360 et je le trouvais assez divertissant. Du coup je l'ai recherché sur one et vu qu'il est rétrocompatible j'ai essayé de le racheté ou de le télécharger.

    Et la le message s'affiche.

    Donc impossible d'y rejoué sauf si je l'achète en cd.
