Impossible de lire un jeu [Cannot play a game]

Bonjour, j'ai un problème avec mon Xbox one. Quand j'insère le jeux fifa 19, la console s'éteint. Et après il est impossible de lancer le jeux même après avoir rallumer la console. Le jeux fonctionnais très bien la semaine dernière.

Merci de votre réponse mais j'avais déj essayé ces solutions et ça n'a rien changé Du coup si vous avez une autre idée je suis preneur.

Does this happen with all disc games and does it happen with digital games? The console turns off when you insert the disc on every game?

La console s'éteint chaque fois que j'insère un disque ou que j'appuie sur la touche pour éjecter le disque, peu importe le jeux. Mais pour les jeux enregistrés ça fonctionne très bien.

If that is so, I would suggest you get a repair of your console as this is most likely a hardware problem. You could try the factory reset I suggest up there but if that doesn't fix it you will need a repair.

be free and the normal total time until you receive the repaired xbox is around 14 days (at least in the USA).
