Impossible de lire le CD de Fifa 20[Translation-Can't play Fifa 20 CD]

Hi, I have already tried my disk on a friend's xbox. It worked perfectly good. The problem is deeper than that I think. When I put the disk in my console, at first it seems to work like the others but at a moment there is noise like "bip" and it stops spinning
instantly... To me it have something to do with EA Access, my Xbox seems to read the disk's code and tells itself "oh, this game is already installed"... I have spent my day doing all the manipulations possible. I even reset my console, but the problem still
the same. I contacted EA and they said me I may ask Microsoft but all the services are unavaible due to unknown reasons. Seems like I'm stuck until phone assistance opens back. All the answers I get from players chat and forums are the same. My game disk is
absolutely clean and worked perfectly until a few days ago. Since that I just can't play. Now I uninstalled the game following EA's assistance advices, and just can't reinstall it because my xbox can't read it. I'm stuck with a game I bought 70 bucks and can't
play. I didn't get any real solutions to solve my problem. I'm desperate by now, I don't know what to do to play again, and won't pay again for a game that I already have. If you have any real solutions for me (other than the ones written on microsoft help
pages or anything), I'll try it.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you are unable to play a disc game. If it is only that game disk that doesn't work. Then the disk is most likely damaged or not usable. We recommend to try first use the disk in a friend or family console see
if it launches. You can also go over the
troubleshooting for disk wont play.
