    Hello I do not arrive has to connect me in live Xbox since 3 hours! I shall like be able to play! Your problem begins must to be long, and besides his we are not even compensated for this problem... I shall like knowing when this problem is going to finish

    the service alert is over and everything is back to normal with xbox live. As for the rest of your request I would like to remind you that when you signed up for Xbox Live, you agreed to the Terms of Use, which includes this section:

    "YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT computer and telecommunications systems are not fault-free and occasional periods of downtime occur. We do not guarantee the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free or that CONTENT loss won't occur."
