Impossible conect to xbox live

About 1 month ago I can not connect to Xbox Live from my xbox360.

When I do the test connection, LAN connects perfectly, but when it comes to the part of connecting to Xbox LIVE fails (after waiting about 8 minutes to connect).

And when logging in on the console appears to me the error 80151911.

I looked at the status of the service on the website and everything is OK and can I access my account from the web.

I tried to restart the factory settings and the problem persists, I've also added the ip router console to open ports (previously it was not necessary).

Hi, 6 weeks ago I got the same symptoms and error code 80151911. See my thread,

forums.xbox.com/.../1974332.aspx just hit 2 pages and still offline.

Please message me if you find a fix.

I just fixed that error code by Formatting my Hard Drive. Save any data you need first and give it a try!

 

I have had this problem before, Do what @HappyG v2 said it works, If you need help with doing so please ask.

 

I formatted the internal HDD and external I've extracted, I restarted the console factory and the problem persists.

Thanks for responding friend, you helped me more than Microsoft itself, I guess the only thing left to do is wait for them to give me a solution (in years) or flash the console, I very angry to have paid for something that is completely useless because of
a lousy technical Service.
