    Yeah I decided to order it digital copy instead cause you were getting a decent deal. Didn't realise that I'd have this much of a problem with trying to play a trial. Two companies blaming each other with no way of fixing problem. I'm defo making a formal

    Is this whole account reset thing happening to everybody?

    They claim that making a new character in a different slot will be ok but I wouldn't risk it. Mainly because they've made a lot of false claims with this game.

    You would need to make a double change. One to make the gt available and the second one to claim it with the desired account
