    Salve, sono un utente Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, ho installato The Messenger sul mio PC con account Xbox Game Pass Ultimate e quando provo ad avviare il gioco viene visualizzato il seguente messaggio:

    The Messenger al momento non è disponibile nel tuo account. Il codice di errore, se necessario, è: 0x803F8001

    Non ci sono aggiornamenti da fare. Il resto dei giochi scaricati con Game Pass funziona alla perfezione. Cosa posso fare?

    [Translation-Hi, I'm an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate user, I installed The Messenger on my PC with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate account, and when I try to start the game I get the following message:

    The Messenger is currently not available in your account. The error code, if necessary, is: 0x803F8001

    There are no updates to do. The rest of the games downloaded with Game Pass work perfectly. What can I do?

    Hello, sorry for the late answer.

    I already tried to troubleshoot but it doesn't work. All the other application and games work perfectly, but The Messenger still doesn't run. Is there any other solution?

    EDIT: I also tried to install the game on 2 other PCs with my account, no luck, same problem.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand when trying to launch a game you get the error 0x803F8001. There is a

    thread     with troubleshooting from a while ago. The troubleshooting is still the same. We recommend trying the steps in the post marked as answered. Let us know how it goes.

    Cant Connect To Windows Live Messenger

    I have the same problem, with the same error number. signs into xbox live just fine, but messenger fails to connect. i can sign in to messenger on my pc though. id's and pw's are the same on both pc and xbox.

    Can't Verify Account!!!!

    I did it all on the pc, then downloaded the profile onto the console. I am unable to sign into messenger, chat, or use voice chat because my account has not been verified.
