Da parecchio tempo, riscontro un difetto del marketplace 360 via web (sia su desktop che su android) al momento di riscattare/acquistare un gioco per 360, la procedura non va mai a termine mostrando il simbolo di attesa dei cerchi verdi che ruotano. Fino
ad oggi, il problema era risolvibile acquistando da console. Solamente che oggi, tentando di riscattare Sine Mora da One S, mi viene fuori il messaggio che questo gioco non è acquistabile da console Xbox One ma di provare da 360 o da web. Quindi, praticamente,
impossibile da riscattare.

C'è la volont di risolvere questi problemi o li mandiamo avanti all'infinito?

Tried. I don't believe it is an hardware issue. They have to solve by fixing up marketplace problems. The issue is the same also with Edge.

have you tried to clear your system cache on your Xbox One/360 and deleting corrupt/incompleted downloads on your Xbox 360?

To clear cache on an Xbox One:

Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down completely.
Unplug the power cable from the back of the console so that the power brick in not connected to the console.
Press the power button on the console three or four times. This will ensure that any remaining power in the battery is drained, clearing the cache on the console.
Plug the power cable back into the console.
Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.if you have a power brick.
Turn on the console using the power button.

What I do when this happen to me is that I go to the store but using a pc, I log into my account then I get the games thought there

You can get the Games with Gold games for the 360 (2 per month), but Game Pass is not available for the 360.

It only affects the xbox 360 webpurchases whenever it is free or not

Currency does not work on 360 webmarketplace

Also there is no workaround in a sense

In order to purchase free or paid 360 games from.the webmarketplace you must have a valid payment option on file

This does not affect the price of free games with gold games however it should be noted only the master account or the account with gold can make the purchase for free not home gold shared accounts fyi since home gold doesn't extend beyond the one console

Now for the work around its not a work around per say

The only way to make a purchase without a valid payment option is to buy the game from an actual 360 console
