impossibile accedere a xbox live/cannot access to xbox live

Non riesco ad accedere ad xbox live dal mio pc.

Ho scaricato Minecraft. Avviandolo, mi ha chiesto di effettuare l'accesso a Xbox Live, l'ho fatto e si è avviata la schermata di accesso. Dopo poco è comparso "Impossibile accedere a Xbox Live. Impossibile trovare il file specificato". C'è un modo per rimediare
a questo problema?

I can't access to xbox live from my pc.

I've downloaded Minecraft. Running it, it asked me to log to xbox live, i did it and the access screen run. Few moments later appeared the "cannot access to xbox live. Impossible to find specific file" error. Is there a way to solve this problem?

Hi Brad,

I specific that I haven't any type of Xbox console. I'm trying to sign in with my PC, the only error code I get is the "cannot access to xbox live. Impossible to find specific file" error, without any code or number.
I have this problem also when I try to sign into Xbox Companion Console and Xbox (Beta). When I try to sign into others PC it works, so it's my PC's problem.

In my opinion this is not a Minecraft problem, I think it's a Windows problem... I've already contacted Xbox support and they told me that it could be Windows problem... so here I am. But I'll try to check the Minecraft
forum anyway.

If you know something I could do to solve the problem please let me know!

Edit: I checked the Minecraft forum and all the answers to problems similar to mine are "contact xbox support", but they already told me to contact Windows support. What can I do?
