Impossibile accedere a cloud storage su XBOX ONE / Imbossible to access cloud storage on...

Buongiorno,

volevo trasferire i miei salvataggi di MGSV Phantom Pain da x360 alla mia XboxOne tuttavia anche dopo aver copiato i dati sul cloud di xbox live ultimate essi risultano sincronizzati sul cloud ma la mia xbox one non vede alcun servizio cloud.

• Ho provato ad accedere a impostazioni -> Sistema -> Archiviazione ma mi mostra solo l'HD locale
• Ho provato a premere "menu" sull'icona del gioco per accedere al "Gestisci Gioco" e visualizzare i salvataggi ma non ci sono
• Ho riavviato diverse volte e ripetuto l'operazione ma niente.

Good morning,

I wanted to transfer my MGSV Phantom Pain savegames from my xbox360 to xboxone but even after copied them on my xbox live ultime cloud account they won't show up anywhere. X360 says that they are correctly synched but I can't see any cloud storage.

• I tried to access settings -> System -> Storage but I can just see my local HD
• If I press "menu button" in game icon and access "manage game" there are no saved games
• I restarted the xbox and tried again but nothing happen

Just make sure its the same accounts and you have the syncing on should be good to go
