    I’m a loyal Xbox customer, but the xbox has been crying out for the capability to import option files for games. It is possible on PS4, so I see no reason why Microsoft cannot implement this. I’m sure this feature would please many gamers and possibly convert
    some gamers from PS4/PC to Xbox. Please let me know if you support this idea.

    Sadly, if it isn’t implemented soon, I think I will be jumping ship and replacing my Xbox with a gaming PC.

    Interesting idea. Make sure to hit up that ideas page already linked to you. the XBOX team is constantly looking at ways to improve service and the community is a great way for that.

    If you mean importing save games from other platforms, The xbox one can already do this with

    Xbox Play Anywhere games     for PC games of the same title (and you can play on xbox one day, and play on PC the next and your saves are persistent), and otherwise, it's not supported and will probably never be supported for cross platform for PS4.
