Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand you are experiencing difficulties with being able to use discs on your console.

Perhaps there could be a disc already in your console that you may be unable to dislodge normally.

I would recommend
manually ejecting the disc from the console, and see if this allows for other discs to be inserted into the console.

Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are interested in learning if you can download the Xbox update that was issued in February. As stated by the ambassador, the February update cannot be downloaded from the Xbox website.
You just need to
manually or automatically update the console by connecting it to a network, and the console will get the latest update. If you do not have a network connection at home, you might be able to take it to a friend or family member's home to update it. We hope

I am sorry you cant do that you would have got update automatically and you can't download it with usb.
