    Important Enforcement Team PLEASE READ!


    So lately I was hacked and my gamerscore was changed and during so I know this breaks your Code Of Conduct, I don't want to get banned or reset or suspended in any shape or form so I am here to say that it wasn't me I have contacted support
    and they have told me to come here and put my issue here so it can be resolved by any of you Enforcement team here. Please do a investigation or whatever it takes for me not to get banned or suspended or all my gamerscore reset please.

    I learned today that my gamertag was a derogatory term for a kind of sex, and looking to change it ASAP because it is against the rules. Thanks!

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. The only way to contact them is by submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com

    I'm not certain the Enforcement Team will be able to help undo the modification without a total reset, but the only forum they monitor is this one here:

    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

    Your best bet is posting in there, but as I said I am not certain they can simply undo the changes without applying the full reset to your account, despite what you were possibly told by the Support rep with whom you spoke.

    If you think your account was hacked you should contact Xbox Support by phone and they should setup a unauthorized access investigation into the account.

    The enforcement team does not read this part of the forums. They only post in the suspension forums and are only there to answer questions about why an account is already suspended/banned. If you want them to investigate your gamertag, you will need to have
    someone file a complaint on your account. Keep in mind, it is only up to the enforcement team about whether or not your gamertag does violate the code of conduct. So they may decide it doesn't. It can also still take weeks or months before they give you a
    change, if they decide you deserve one.

    So if you want to change it asap, you'll need to pay.
