Hello, I'd like to know who I can contact who is impersonating me on XBL. I would like to retrieve my name on XBL and I won't sit and be impersonated. Please let me know how I can report this and retrieve my trademark name. thank you.

If the gamertag is yours then how come someone else is using it?

If the system says the gamertag is taken by someone else then there's nothing you can do,you'll have to think of another name.

Each gamertag is unique. Impersonation is done via fraudulent activities like account theft etc. I don't think gamertags can be considered as impersonation unless someone has stolen your email login credentials, passwords etc...
