Impersonation ban

A unknown person had been messaging me for some time telling me to ban people in games like rainbow 6 siege for him though i am just a normal player. After repeatedly messaging me to ban people for him i made a fake automated message pretending to be a Microsoft
bot that stated something along the lines of 'You are temporarily banned for trying to constantly ban people'. This was very obviously a joke as he clearly wasn't banned and Microsoft do not send messages like this. As a result, I was permanently banned and
my case review was upheld however i was not trying to obtain personal information , threaten the person or try and control them by using power i did not have. I was not trying to abuse power nor was i intending to present xbox in a bad light but i understand
the severity of impersonation. Despite this ,i was not impersonating any sort Microsoft staff or a Moderator or being involved in fraud or unauthorised transactions. I was acting as an Microsoft bot with them message i sent clearly being a joke with no harm
to the individual being intended.

Is there anyway i can apply to a second case review or do anything else to have my ban revoked? I kinda messed my first case review up i didn't word it very well.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience and really hope the enforcement team can see that i was not trying to abuse power or wrongfully present their company.

Xbox Moderator Power Abuse?

I'm talking about the person who falsely stated that they could get their friend to ban them. You CAN report him for impersonation, I'm not talking about the friend that person referenced.

I'm afraid, that since you mentioned you already did a Case Review once for the enforcement action, there is no way to do another and that will mean there are no other actions you can take.

Joke or not,the enforcement team take staff impersonation extremely seriously as you have found out.
