Discus and support Imperial Pack and Explorers pack aren't working. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I got the imperial edition off of the xbox store and downloaded everything but when i got on the game it wouldn't let me pick any race i wanted...     Imperial Pack and Explorers pack aren't working.


    I got the imperial edition off of the xbox store and downloaded everything but when i got on the game it wouldn't let me pick any race i wanted regardless of alliance. i checked my mail and still haven't received anything i was supposed to. It's making me
    extremely unsatisfied.

    I bought The Elder Scrolls Online: Premium Edition and the explorers pack stopped at 100% and it doesnt installed its 99$ come on!

    Imperial Pack and Explorers pack aren't working.

    When in game it should automatically go to collections. Its a bit odd that its not popping for you, have you tried doing a delete and re-add on both?

    still not working. I've reinstalled both multiple times. still nothing. its a known bug according to the elder scrolls forums but all of my friends have gotten their items it just wont work for me

    As said, known bug, happens to some, not to all. Sucks that its not working for you, they're working on a patch so by hopes thats pushed out next week.

    No. me and my little brother wentput some money together to buy it and he bought it on his account. i have my xbox set as his accounts home xbox tho so it should still work right?

    If your brother played first then no. It's account bound. So your brother only has use of it

    also the imperial character is server bound you cant make a imperial character on both servers there account/server bound for the imperial character and that is stupid so i am stuck now on a EU server unless i want to pay $30 again to be able to make a
    imperial on the NA server.
