Imperial Edition?

I only pre order collectors/limited edition games I want. I can't wait to run around with my mudcrab friend!

Some sources are better than others for early release and sometimes it is the originator and not the distributor who is the hang up. Apparently, Amazon does not have the physical copies to mail but Zenimax is working on it. On the other hand, I see no reason
why Amazon can't get the Xbox edition in the mail to be received on the 30th. And the 2nd is only for Prime members.

My current copy of Oblivion is a used CE but it didn't have the coin. It did have everything else though.

I know, I regret it now pre ordering the skyrim collector edition when it first came out. It cant happen again

I want to get the Imperial Edition for my Xbox One but they sold out so quick here I haven't been able to get one yet. EB Games usually collects all the cancelled pre-orders though and then releases another batch of them just before release so I'm hoping
I can get one then.

Good luck on that Chemist. I'm kind of itchy wanting it all to happen. I hope the statue looks really cool so it can sit proudly where it can be seen.

From what I've seen it looks really cool and is high quality. Not cheap plastic

I preordered it. I have a sickness when it comes to CE. The 30th is just a place holder date as zeni hasn't released the actual release date. I could even see it getting pushed past June depending how the PC launch goes.

So there's an "Imperial Edition" for the ONE.

Does this mean that Imperials are a locked race that you have to purchase seperately if you don't buy the "Imperial Edition"?

You can upgrade to the Imperial (digital) edition in the crown store. There is also the Adventurer's pack which lets you play any race in any alliance (Imperial aside if you don't own the Imperial edition, of course.)

there is a Digital Imperial Edition Upgrade in the ingame crown store - apparently updates your standard version to imp version. The description says "Includes all the perks of the Digital Imperial Edition. Ride as a proud Imperial alongside a familiar friend."

Gives a bit of choice to those wanting to try the cheap(er) version first!

So to answer my own question the only way to play as an Imperial is to buy the Imperial Edition or purchase the "Virtual Upgrade".

So "Imperial" doesn't appear as a race to purchase in the store.

To be honest I'm not sure if I find this encouraging or not.
