Imperia Online (Windows 8) achievement does not sync on my profile

Hi,

On 5 June 2016 I unlocked my last achievement in Imperia Online on Windows 8, but it does not sync to my profile. I had issues before with Windows Phone achievements not syncing, so I know I have to go to the achievements page of that game on Xbox.com and
wait for 7 days, but the achievements page on xbox.com does not want to load.

My missing achievement is a secret one "Trade Post Founder - 35GS". Can it please be fixed so it appears on my profile?

(And maybe fix the xbox.com "achievements" page too?)

Achievement will not sync from Windows Phone 8

I unlocked the "Around the Sphere" achievement from the game "Microsoft Bingo" on my Windows Phone 8 Device. It shows as unlocked in the game itself, but the Gamerscore does not sync on my profile.

I too have issues with getting my achievements on Windows Phone 7 and Windows Phone 8.1 to sync up to my profile. I can get to the leaderboards, but the data is not accurate on them on Microsoft Bingo and the progress in that game from Windows Phone 8 transfers
over to Windows Phone 10.

A little bit more information: I could not access the achievements in the xbox app on Windows 8 as it did not want to load. I have not tried it since then.

I could load my achievements in the xbox app on windows phone, but Imperia did not show up as a recent played game, so I did not scroll all the way to the bottom to find it.

I did see the achievement pop when it unlocked (the green banner, well actually it is not a green banner on windows 8).

I played & unlocked the game on a pc running on windows 8.1. It seems there are way more issues with it if the game runs on Windows 10 (www.trueachievements.com/.../viewthread.aspx)

And to be completely honest, there was an issue due to bad programming of GameToopers. The game originally came out on Windows Phone (200GS) and had a title update adding more achievements. When launching the same game with the same achievements on Windows,
they "forgot" to program the title update achievements properly. They fixed it with a patch, was working perfectly fine as I did unlock the achievements and they all synced without an issue on my profile. The last one, I did not meet the requirements yet (since
the era's restart after a cerain amount of time) and by the time I did, I was unaware of the issue.

 

Thanks for posting, guys! It does appear there is something wrong with the achievements in this game. I spot checked a few of the achievements on trueachievements and it appears that no one has earned *any* of the achievements for Imperia Online since June
1st. Can you guys confirm that for me with others? Did you guys notice a title update for the game around then? I'm unable to find any information about one on Game Troopers website or in the Windows Store.

Additionally, does this game have in-game achievement tracking that you can get me a screenshot of the achievements popped in there? If so, please do! Most of you should know the drill by now with these issues.

As far as I remember there was no title update after 1 June 2016.

In fact the title update was on 28 or 29 May 2016.

I too have the same issue as the other folks here from True Achievements. I unlocked "Experienced sovereign" where the achievement notifications "popped" but it never actually synced to my profile via a Windows 8 tablet. I tried syncing with a Windows
10 Surface Book and that didn't correct the issue either. Being in the IT field for many years after a quick reboot doesn't work, try reinstalling. I did just that and it made the achievements even buggier. Now when you click the achievements tab in-game
you get a message requesting you to sign in. When you click to sign in, you get the following error: "Sorry, we can't sign you in. Try signing in at Xbox.com, then start this app again. Exception from HRESULT: 0x82BC0008."

• Trying to fix the issue myself, I tried uninstalling, rebooting, reinstalling Imperia Online. I even used every browser installed on the local machine of both Windows 8 and 10 PCs to sign into Xbox.com to see if that'd kickstart the game
  into signing me in. No luck.
• I created a new profile on both Windows 8 and Windows 10 PCs and signed into each application individually and that didn't do the trick either.
  
• On each of the new profiles, I signed into all available browsers to Xbox.com which had no result either.
  

I hope some of the steps I took above will aid in correcting the issue. I also hope that the fix to this problem allows us to sync the achievements we've already unlocked in game. For example, the achievement I unlocked was the 100,000 net points
(worth of my city). Currently I'm at 145,000 net points. I have the Trade Post Founder achievement ready to unlock but haven't clicked the complete request option because of the current situation we are in.

My "era" ends in 3 weeks before my city is reset to zero. If this issue could be corrected by then, that would be most excellent. The game itself is not difficult what so ever, but it is extremely time consuming.

Also, I was able to find the notes about each update in the Microsoft Store - Imgur: The magic of the Internet. You can only see this I believe after uninstalling the game. Thanks again Miss Q.

 

Been having similar problems with the achievements not synching on the Win10 version nor unlocking when the requirement was met. Just finished the WP version of the game, but now the Win10 app is broken the game won't log me in at all.
