    I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I even went as far as creating a new profile on my PC. Even after trying multiple ways of rectifying the issue, when clicking on the achievements tab in Imperia Online the HRESULT:
    0x82bc0008 is displayed.

    I have reached out to Game Troopers via Twitter, Facebook, web site email and in game support contact. Sadly after almost two weeks there has been no acknowledgment of the issue or even an update saying they are aware of the issue. It is important
    to note that they released two versions of the latest build as the latter was a fix with a note stating "achievement fix." Again, after installing said version, and confirming on both Windows 7 and 10 the issue persists.

    Any update at this point would be greatly appreciated by the achievement hunting community. Thanks and we look forward to your input on the matter!

  2. Imperia Online (Windows 8) achievement does not sync on my profile

    Hello, Miss Quinzel!

    I too have the same issue as the other folks here from True Achievements. I unlocked "Experienced sovereign" where the achievement notifications "popped" but it never actually synced to my profile via a Windows 8 tablet. I tried syncing with a Windows
    10 Surface Book and that didn't correct the issue either. Being in the IT field for many years after a quick reboot doesn't work, try reinstalling. I did just that and it made the achievements even buggier. Now when you click the achievements tab in-game
    you get a message requesting you to sign in. When you click to sign in, you get the following error: "Sorry, we can't sign you in. Try signing in at Xbox.com, then start this app again. Exception from HRESULT: 0x82BC0008."

    • Trying to fix the issue myself, I tried uninstalling, rebooting, reinstalling Imperia Online. I even used every browser installed on the local machine of both Windows 8 and 10 PCs to sign into Xbox.com to see if that'd kickstart the game
      into signing me in. No luck.
    • I created a new profile on both Windows 8 and Windows 10 PCs and signed into each application individually and that didn't do the trick either.
    • On each of the new profiles, I signed into all available browsers to Xbox.com which had no result either.
    I hope some of the steps I took above will aid in correcting the issue. I also hope that the fix to this problem allows us to sync the achievements we've already unlocked in game. For example, the achievement I unlocked was the 100,000 net points
    (worth of my city). Currently I'm at 145,000 net points. I have the Trade Post Founder achievement ready to unlock but haven't clicked the complete request option because of the current situation we are in.

    My "era" ends in 3 weeks before my city is reset to zero. If this issue could be corrected by then, that would be most excellent. The game itself is not difficult what so ever, but it is extremely time consuming.

    As far as I remember there was no title update after 1 June 2016.

    In fact the title update was on 28 or 29 May 2016.

    Having the same issue. Just noticed the last 3 achievements I unlocked didn't sync to my account (though I got the notifications). Went to achievements tab and saw this. Hopefully they get this fixed soon (and my achievements will sync without having to

    Imperia Online (Windows 8) achievement does not sync on my profile

    Found out this is happening with more of my games, so there is something wrong with the communication between all apps and logging in/app store. I still have a log in screen and can actually make purchases from my PC. I just can't sync the achievements,
    and they don't even think I'm logged in. This happened with the new game "Touchdown Hero: New Season", but another new game "Alto's Adventure" syncs achievement data correctly.

    Should I remove the device from my account and re-add it? Or is there an update for the app store that corrects this problem?
